Getting started
Your restaurant name, a category, the subdomain you want (checked live while you type), your name, email, phone and a password. You accept the terms and you are in. No card is required.
An ordering website at yourname.restaurant.slync.co.in, an admin panel at yourname.restaurant.slync.co.in/admin, and the free plan with the limits shown on the pricing page. If email verification is turned on you confirm your address first; otherwise you land straight in your panel.
In the panel, create categories and items with variations, add-ons and images. If you already have a menu in a spreadsheet, use the Excel import; you can export it again at any time.
Use the restaurant login link on this site. Enter the owner or staff email and password and you are sent to your own restaurant panel. Accounts with two-factor authentication finish the login on their restaurant's own login page.
Yes, on plans that include custom domains. Add the domain in your panel, point it with a CNAME or A record, and the platform verifies the DNS and issues the SSL certificate.
Ordering and payments
Cash on delivery, offline payment with a proof you verify, or online through built-in payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay. You enter your own gateway keys, so the money goes straight to your gateway account.
No. You pay your plan subscription and nothing per order. Any fee your payment provider charges is between you and that provider.
Yes. You enable the order types you offer. Customers can also schedule an order for later, and you can switch items off when they run out.
Yes. Create coupons and discounts, award loyalty points on orders, and let customers keep a balance in their wallet. Customers have accounts, receive push notifications and can chat with your team in the app.
Operations: POS, kitchen, delivery, branches
Yes. The cashier screen runs in the browser inside your panel. It handles walk-in and phone orders, running orders on tables, and prints invoices and receipts through the browser print dialog.
Set up tables per branch. Each table gets a printable QR code so guests can order from their seat, and staff can keep a running order open on the table until it is paid.
Kitchen staff get their own accounts and a kitchen order screen. Orders move through pending, confirmed, processing, out for delivery and delivered, and everyone sees the same status.
Add riders in the panel; they get their own Android app. Assign orders to them, follow their live location while an order is out, and set delivery fees by distance or area with an optional free-delivery threshold. Map API settings live in the panel.
Yes, within your plan's branch and staff limits. Each branch has its own manager, orders, tables and POS. Employees get role-based permissions. Reports cover sales, products, riders and earnings and export to Excel.
Apps, website and integrations
White-label Android apps built by the platform from your name, logo, colours and package name: a customer ordering app and a delivery-rider app. You download the APK or AAB from your panel. iOS apps are not offered.
Each plan sets a number of builds per month; the pricing page lists it. Each build produces an APK and an AAB you download from your panel.
A page builder inside your panel for marketing pages next to your ordering site. Pick one of three themes (classic, modern, minimal), add sections, upload images to the media library, add custom CSS and a Google Analytics id, and publish when ready. Page count and storage depend on your plan.
Yes. Zomato, Swiggy, and ONDC marketplace connectors are live in the marketplace hub. You can connect them directly in your restaurant panel with your partner API credentials, run connection tests, simulate test orders, publish your menu, and have incoming marketplace orders land directly in your order list and POS.
Yes, on plans that include them. Register outbound endpoints in your panel; deliveries are signed and logged so you can see what was sent and whether it succeeded.
Billing and account
Signup starts you on the free plan for the number of days shown on the pricing page. You can take real orders during the trial. When you upgrade, your menu, orders and settings stay as they are.
From the billing page in your panel. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rated credit for the unused part of your current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. You can apply a coupon code at checkout and download a PDF invoice for every payment.
Each renewal extends your current expiry date. If a payment is missed there is a grace period; after it the panel locks and your customer site shows as closed until you pay. Saving a card for automatic renewal is optional; manual payment with proof is also accepted.
Owners and staff can turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app (TOTP). Every admin action is recorded in an audit log you can review in your panel, and all traffic runs over HTTPS.
Open a support ticket from inside your panel and the platform team answers there. Before you have an account, use the contact page on this site.
