1. Terms of Service Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Slync Restaurant ("we", "us"). You accept them when you create a restaurant on Slync Restaurant, tick the terms checkbox at signup, or keep using the service. If you sign up on behalf of a restaurant or company, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.

2. The service

Slync Restaurant is subscription software for restaurants. Each restaurant that signs up gets its own account (a tenant) with an admin panel at its subdomain under restaurant.slync.co.in. Depending on the plan, the service includes an online ordering website, custom domains, branded Android apps, a point-of-sale screen, dine-in tables with QR codes, a kitchen order screen, delivery rider management, branches, staff accounts, reports, a website builder, a marketplace hub, outbound webhooks, two-factor authentication, an audit log and support tickets. The features and limits of each plan are listed on the Pricing page.

Marketplace connectors marked "coming soon" are not part of the service until they are released.

3. Your account

You must give accurate details at signup and keep them current. You are responsible for every action taken with your owner and staff accounts, so keep passwords private and give staff only the roles they need. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication for every owner and staff account. Tell us through a support ticket or the contact page if you think an account has been misused.

Each email address belongs to one account on the platform. Signing in on the platform login page sends you to your own restaurant's panel.

4. Subscription and billing

• Trial. New restaurants start on the free trial plan. It lasts for the number of days shown on the plan and needs no payment details.
• Paid plans. You choose a paid plan from your restaurant panel. Prices, billing periods and limits are those shown in the panel at the time you subscribe.
• Renewals. A renewal extends your current expiry date by the plan period. You can pay each period by hand (including offline payment with proof, which we verify) or turn on auto-renew with a saved card. Auto-renew can be turned off in the panel at any time.
• Upgrades and downgrades. An upgrade applies immediately and the unused part of your current period is credited against the new plan. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
• Grace period and lock. If a subscription lapses, the panel stays open for a grace period. After it, the panel locks and your customer site shows as closed until a plan is paid.
• Invoices and coupons. Every payment produces a PDF invoice in the panel. Coupons are applied at checkout and follow the conditions shown with the coupon.
• Cancellation. Turn off auto-renew and let the current period run out; you keep access until the expiry date.

We do not take a commission on your orders. Your only charge from us is your plan subscription.

5. Your customers' payments

Online payments from your customers are processed by the payment gateways you connect with your own account keys (for example Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay), or settled by you directly for cash on delivery and offline payments. The money goes to your gateway account, not to us. Gateway fees, refunds, chargebacks and taxes on your sales are between you, your gateway and your customers.

6. Your data and content

Your menu, images, pages, customer records, orders and settings belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to use the names, logos, images and text you upload, including in the branded apps we build from them.

Customer data in your account is yours to protect: use roles, two-factor authentication and the audit log to control who sees it. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy & Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to sell goods that are illegal where you operate, to send spam, to upload malicious code, to attack or overload the platform or other tenants, or to collect personal data without a lawful basis. You may not resell access to your tenant, probe other restaurants' data, or bypass plan limits. Custom domains you connect must be yours to use. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and to tell you about planned maintenance in advance, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Internet, DNS, device and payment-gateway failures are outside our control. Support is provided through tickets inside your restaurant panel and through the contact page. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the period in which the problem occurred.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. The current version is always published on this page. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
