Online ordering website

Take orders on your own website, with no commission

Your restaurant gets an ordering site on its own subdomain the moment you sign up. Customers browse your menu, pay, and choose delivery, pickup or dine-in. You pay only your plan subscription; the platform takes nothing from each order.

  • Your own subdomain on restaurant.slync.co.in, plus custom domains on plans that include them, verified by a DNS CNAME or A record with SSL issued by the platform.
  • Menu with categories, variations, add-ons and images. Import and export the whole menu with Excel.
  • Availability toggles for items and scheduled orders for later in the day.
  • Coupons, discounts, loyalty points and a customer wallet.
  • Customer accounts, push notifications and in-app chat with your team.
  • Cash on delivery, offline payment with proof verification, and built-in payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay using your own keys. Funds go straight to your gateway account.

Android apps with your name, logo and colours

The platform builds white-label Android apps for your restaurant: a customer ordering app and a delivery-rider app. You enter your name, logo, colours and package name in the panel and request a build. The number of builds per month depends on your plan.

  • Customer app for browsing the menu, ordering and tracking.
  • Delivery-rider app for assigned orders and live location.
  • Your own app name, icon, colours and package name.
  • Push notifications and in-app chat use the same accounts as your website.
  • Builds are requested from your panel; plans set how many you can run per month.

Android only. You download the finished APK or AAB from your panel; publishing to a store is up to you.

POS and dine-in

A cashier screen for walk-ins, phone orders and tables

The POS runs in the browser inside your panel. Staff ring up walk-in and phone orders, open a running order on a table, and print the receipt from the browser. Every POS order sits in the same order list as your online orders.

  • Cashier screen for walk-in and phone orders.
  • Tables per branch, with a running order on each table.
  • Printable QR code for every table so guests can order from their seat.
  • Invoices and receipts printed through the browser's print dialog.
  • Each branch runs its own POS and table list.

Kitchen

One order screen for the kitchen

Kitchen staff get their own accounts and a screen that lists orders as they arrive. Every order moves through the same statuses, so the counter, the kitchen and the rider always see the same state.

  • Kitchen staff accounts with access limited to the kitchen screen.
  • Orders from the website, apps, POS and marketplaces land on the same screen.
  • Status flow: pending, confirmed, processing, out for delivery, delivered.
  • A kitchen app API is available for your own display setup.

Marketplace hub and webhooks

Marketplace orders in the same list as your own

Connect a marketplace and its orders arrive in your normal order list. When your team changes the status, the marketplace is updated. You can publish your menu to a connected marketplace from the panel. Outbound webhooks let your own systems react to events.

  • Live connectors: Zomato, Swiggy, ONDC, generic signed-webhook, and sandbox test marketplace.
  • Order status changes push back to the marketplace.
  • Menu publishing and stock availability sync to connected marketplaces.
  • Outbound webhook endpoints with signed deliveries and a delivery log.
  • Connection and endpoint counts depend on your plan.

Connect directly with your partner API credentials or simulated test modes from your restaurant panel.
