How billing works
You manage your subscription yourself from the billing page in your restaurant panel.
Free trial
Signup puts you on the free plan. Its length and limits are shown on the card above. You can take real orders during the trial; nothing is reset when you upgrade.
Upgrades
Choose a paid plan from the billing page in your panel. An upgrade applies immediately and the unused part of your current period is credited against the new plan.
Downgrades
A downgrade is scheduled and takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Renewals
Each renewal extends your current expiry date by one billing period. If a payment is missed there is a grace period before the panel locks; while locked, your customer site shows as closed.
Payment methods
Pay online through the gateways enabled on the platform, or pay manually and upload proof for the platform team to confirm. A card paid through Stripe can be saved so renewals run automatically; that is optional.
Invoices and coupons
Every payment produces a PDF invoice in your panel. If you have a coupon code, apply it at checkout before you pay.
